Have a Happy Holiday Weekend!

Have a happy Labor Day weekend! I'm going to indulge in a staycation and get some relaxing done. I also need to clean and prepare for a party I'm having next weekend...it should be a good few days.

Also, the San Pedro cactus in my yard bloomed randomly. One day there was barely a bud and then the other night it looked like this:

Wed. Weekend Recap

I was stressed this weekend, so K took me on a minibreak from life to look at turtles and smell the roses. I took a few photos (which ALWAYS makes me feel better.

It was a great holiday weekend filled with a lot of picnicking, park-dwelling, an amazing super-secret Jens Lekman show, graduation parties, a little gardening, some photography, a laundromat party, and reading in cafes. Pretty close to perfect. Now, back to life (the other, less fun side of life).
