Trendiness or Nerdiness?

Don't get me wrong, I love my glasses, but lately I have been itching to try some new frames. The dilemma here is that I know in a few weeks (or outfits), I'll want to switch it up again, and should I bother to get prescription lenses for vintage frames, or just go the plain glass route and end up squinting through my trendy vintage horn rims? Alas, I'll probably stick to the ones I've got, but perhaps will get them resized so they will stop slipping of my face and falling on the floor. (Wow, what a nerd I truly am).
