Well...it's been a while.

Thought I'd dust this old place off and say happy new year with a few photos from the past month. The Christmas spirit was definitely upon me this year, and I managed (woefully camera-negligent though I have been) to capture a tiny bit of it.













Here's to a grand 2011. I'm feeling like it's going to be a good one.

A Day in LA

To continue the mini recap of August, I guess I'll start from the beginning. As I've mentioned before, K took the second week of August to walk from LA to SD, and we started the trip by staying with friends in Silver Lake and celebrating a birthday. They took us to a brilliant Frank Lloyd Wright house and to Griffith Observatory one day, which was lovely. I snapped only a few pictures.
